"I began this piece in late 2021, after following closely many stories of iconoclastic destruction in the news. All of my thoughts on the destruction of artworks informed this piece. I feel there is a good artistic contrast within the structural style of the image itself. An architectural drawing is ordered, structured, a plan. The chaos going on within this drawing contrasts it ironically. The pieces being vandalised are all recognisable greats of the Western canon. I would hope that as one looks at it, one wonders what motivation there might be for destroying these particular artworks."
